摘要
目的 介绍一种治疗膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力的新术式———乙状结肠肌瓣包膀胱术。 方法 根据乙状结肠的解剖生理学特性 ,采用游离的乙状结肠肌瓣包裹膀胱治疗膀胱通尿肌收缩无力症 8例。通过临床观察、B超、尿动力学、血液生化及膀胱尿道造影检查对手术效果进行评价。 结果 8例病人术后随访 1～ 8年 ,手术效果良好 5例 ,剩余尿由术前 80 0～ 110 0ml减少至术后的 5～5 0ml,症状改善 1例 ,2例无效。
Objective To evaluate bladder encapsulation with sigmoid muscular flap for the treatment of detrusor underactivity. Methods From 1992 to 2000,bladder encapsulation with sigmoid muscular flap for 8 cases of detrusor underactivity was evaluated. Results The patients have been followed up for 1 to 8 years with a mean of 4 years.Clinical observation,B ultrasonography,urodynamics and cystoscopic urography revealed a marked improvement in 5.Improvement has been observed in 1 and noneffective in 2. Conclusions The new operative procedure is highly effective for the management of detrusor underactiveity.
