摘要 目的:观察2型糖尿病人骨代谢指标的变化。方法:测定149例2型糖尿病患者及31例正常人血清骨钙素(BGP),甲状旁腺素(PTH),尿Ⅰ型胶原交联C末端肽/肌酐(Crosslaps/Cr)浓度。结果:病人血清BGP(1.84±0.69)低于(正常)对照组(2.44±1.02,P<0.05)。尿Crosslaps/Cr浓度(313.97±147.89)高于对照组(213.91±85.48,P<0.05)。PTH与正常人无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病人骨吸收增加,骨转化率降低。 Objective:To investigate the changes of markers of bone metabolism in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: The levels of serum BGP, PTH and crosslap/Cr(TypeⅠcollagen cross-linked C-telopetide)were measured in 149 patients, and were compared with control group. Results: The level of BGP in patient group (2.44 ± 1.02) was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05); and the level of crosslap/Cr in patient group (313.97± 147.89) was higher than that in control group(213.91±85.48)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PTH between two groups. Conclusion: Patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus have higher bone resorption rate and lower turnover rate.
