微透析技术在癫痫研究中的应用

摘要 微透析技术可用于测量活体细胞外液中各种小分子物质浓度 ,现已广泛应用于脑组织局部代谢研究中。十多年来 ,通过实验及临床研究 ,对于癫痫发作前后能量代谢相关物及氨基酸类神经递质的浓度改变已积累了大量的研究资料 ,极大地推动了对癫痫发作机理的研究 ,并从生化角度为痫灶定位提供了可靠依据。
