摘要
本文研究了 D296大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂对铼的吸附能力及洗脱条件.通过化学方法及 IR 的分析,探讨了树脂的吸附机理.
The properties and mechanism of the adsorption Re(Ⅶ)by mac- roporous strongly basic resin D296 is studied.The experimental results indi- cate that the D296 resin has better properties for ReO_4^- adsorption in the range of pH from 4.0 to 9.0;the SO_4^(2-) and NO_3^- anions in the solutions reduce the adsorption capacities of the ReO_4^-;and the Re_4^- adsorpted can be eluated by 8% ammonia liquor and 10% ammonium nitrate The recovery per- centage of Re is more than 97%. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacities for Re(Ⅶ) are 3.58 and 3.42m.mol/g-R respectively for the steady flow and static state adsorption.The coordination ratio of the resin to ReO_4^- is equal to 1:1 and the IR spectra indicate that the adsorption of ReO_4^- by D296 resin may be of an anion exchange mechanism The rate of adsorption of Re(Ⅶ) by D296 resin obeys the Freudlish equa- tion,and the value of n is 2-10,indicating an easy adsorption process.From the rate constants obtained,the activation energy of the adsorption of ReO_4^- by D296 resin is 18.4 kJ/mol. Because of the high adsorption rate and easy eluation of Re(Ⅶ),the process of adsorption of Re(Ⅶ)with the D296 resin is promising in indus- trial applications.
