摘要
对卧龙大熊猫保护研究中心圈养繁育的 2只大熊猫幼仔 (雌♀、雄♂各 1只 ) 8~ 4 2 1日龄的生长发育规律进行了观察和分析 .结果为相同年龄的幼仔 ,雄性个体的平均体质量较雌性的大 ,但二者的日均或月均体质量增长率存在明显差异 .雌性幼仔的日均体质量增长率较雄性的大 ,同样 ,雌性幼仔月均体质量增长率也较雄性幼仔的大 .研究结果表明 ,母兽与人工交替哺育有助于幼仔体质量的增长 ,并促进其生长发育 .分析其原因可能与人工哺育所用的奶粉组成成分。
A study on the growth and development of two captive born cubs (male∶female=1∶1) from age of 8 to 421 days was conducted at China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Panda at Wolong. The regressions of the cub's body weight with age by day and month are analyzed respectively by SPSS for windows. The results show that the average body weight of the male cub is greater than that of the female at the same age by day or by month, yet there is a remarkable difference between two genders in daily and monthly average body weight growth. The daily body weight growth rate of the female is bigger than that of the male cub, the growth rate are ♀:d y /d x =0.011 477+0.000 42 x and ♂:d y /d x =0.031 235+0.000 378 x , and the regressive equations are ♂: y =0.315 502+0.031 235 x +0.000 189 x 2 (The significance of constant and linear and quadratic of T are: p c=0 118 7>0 05, p 1=0 000 0<0 000 1, p 2=0 000 0<0 000 1), and ♀: y =-0.084 844+0.011 477 x +0.000 21 x 2 ( p c =0 273 8>0 05, p 1=0 000 0<0 000 1, p 2=0 000 0<0 000 1). In addition , the average monthly body weight growth also shows the same pattern as that of daily average body growth. The female cubs’ growth rate is greater than that of the male . The average monthly weight growth rates are ♀:d y /d x =0.237 52+0.359 146 x ,♂:d y /d x =1.228 593+0.261 918 x . The regressive equations are ♀: y =-0.339 446+ 0.237 520 x + 0.179 573 x 2 ( p c=0 589 0>0 05, p 1=0 262 0>0 05, p 2=0 000 0<0 000 1); ♂: y = -0.888 546 +1.228 593 x +0.130 959 x 2 ( p c=0 392 8>0 05, p 1=0 001 1<0 01, p 2=0 000 0<0 000 1). Our results suggest that alternately feeding by mother panda and man hand can promote panda cub's body weight growth. These might be caused by the difference in the ingredients of the milk used for hand raising, the environment in which the cub's are kept and the cub's degree of activity, yet the physiological mechanisms need to be studied further.
