摘要
用八羰基二钴 /吡啶为催化剂 ,以炼油厂蜡裂解汽油烯为原料 ,进行羰化酯化反应合成C7~C9混合脂肪酸甲酯。考察了各种反应条件、催化剂浓度以及甲醇含水量对反应转化率和产物酯收率的影响。在n(吡啶 ) /n(钴 ) =0 .5 :1.0时 ,确定出反应的最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度 12 0°C ,反应压力 4.0MPa ,反应时间 6h .α 烯烃的转化率为 10 0 % ,酯的总收率大于 99%
C_6~C_8 olefins from waxcracking was converted with CO and methanol to the C_7~C_9 mixed fatty acid Me esters in the presence of Co(CO)_8/phyridine catalyst system. The influence of various reaction parameters, amounts of the catalyst and concentration of H_2O in the metanol on conversion, yield was examined. Optimal reaction conditions were as follows: mole rate of pyridine to Co 0.5:1.0, reaction temperature 120°C, reaction pressure 4.0MPa, and reaction time 6h. Under these conditions, the conversion of olefins was ~ 100% and the yield of Me esters was over.
