摘要
通过分析废弃物老港处置场前 3期工程在实际运用中存在的问题 ,针对当前准卫生填埋场的现状 ,提出 4期工程应在衬底、覆盖和渗沥液处理 3个关键环节上采取的对策。
According to studying the problems existed in the operation of previous three stages engineering in Laogang landfill site Shanghai, China, especially present condition of para-sanitary-landfill, some new strategies are posed with regard to lining、 cover and leachate treatment.
