摘要
以地理信息系统GIS为开发平台,利用 GIS 与遥感技术获取必需的空间信息,以空间分布的资料数据作为环境评价模型的输入,并以多时项遥感图像来获取流域梯级开发前后生态环境、社会环境以及经济环境等多种复杂环境因子,如土地利用、覆盖淹没、植被破坏等变化资料应用地理信息系统技术,对流域水电梯级开发的环境影响进行动态评价,对于流域的可持续发展具有重要意义.
:A dynamic multi-temporal remote sensing analysis was applied to the changes of ecological,social and environmental elements in the whole basin before and after cascade development.Based on GIS platform,a quantitative changing spatial data are acquired by remote sensing technology and are input into EIA model.A dynamic analysis was also applied to the environment influence elements.At the same time the importance of using GIS and RS in the database setting and environment impact assessment of the basin cascade exploration was analyzed.
