摘要
根据工程陶瓷材料的组成 ,分析了各种陶瓷材料的磨削加工压力与磨削切除率的关系 ,叙述了加工条件对磨削特性的影响 通过陶瓷零件的实例 ,用自制的研磨设备叙述了陶瓷零件的磨削方法 ,并说明在陶瓷零件两平行表面都需要加工的情况下 。
According to the composition of engineering ceramic material,for various ceramic materials the relation between grinding pressure and grinding excision rate is analyzed,and the effect of machining condition on the grinding characteristics is described.Then talking a ceramic workpiece for example,the grinding method of ceramic workpiece with grind machine made by oneself is described.The result shows that the grinding with double face is feasible under the machining of parallel plane.
