汽轮机组调节系统的重叠度与节流损失 被引量:8

摘要 以实际运行机组为模型 ,分析了影响 12 5MW汽轮机组调速汽门节流损失的诸多因素 ,讨论了阀点位置、预启阀、门杆热膨胀等因素对调节汽门重叠度的影响 ,通过计算确定了机组调节汽门重叠度的合理取值 ,并进行机组配汽特性和调节汽门节流损失的试验、分析及数据处理 ,在此基础上对机组调节汽门实施了改造 Based on setting up model of operating steam turbine of 125MW,some factors of influencing on its throttle loss of governor steam gates are analyzed,and those factors about position of valve and advance guide valve and thermal expand of rod of door are also presented.These influencing factors on regulating the overlap degree for governor steam gates are also discussed.The reasonable values of the overlap degree for governor steam gates are also determinate.Some tests of characteristics of mixing gas for turbine and throttle loss of governor steam gates are finished.On the basis of the test data,regulating gas doors of turbine are adapted.By analyzing,these works are proved to have better economic benefit.
