摘要
在借鉴发达国家高校培养方案的基础上 ,针对我国高校教育和教学的现状以及素质教育的要求 ,我国高等本科教育应在培养方案的优化上做进一步探索。本科专业学生培养方案优化的具体内容包括 :教学过程和成绩评定的优化、教学队伍的优化和教学管理的优化等。
Further researches should be made on the optimization of the undergraduate cultivation schemes in Chinese universities on the basis of learning from the cultivation schemes of foreign universities and in view of the existing situation of Chinas higher education. The optimization of the cultivation schemes includes optimizing the process of teaching, the method of performance rating and the improvement of the teaching team and the educational administration.
