摘要
子宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤，从分子水平研究其病因学起来越受到关注。原癌基因c-fos编码一种核磷蛋白，能与c－jnn原癌基因产物结合形成复合物，调节基因转录。本实验对40例宫颈癌中C－fos蛋白的表达与肿瘤组织分化程度、临床分期及预后进行了研究，并与正常宫颈（2例）、慢性宫颈炎（2例）进行对照。结果表明：C－fos在宫颈癌中阳性表达率为70％（28／40），在正常宫颈与慢性宫颈炎中不表达（0／4）。c－fos与肿瘤组织分化程度、临床分期无关，与预后有关。提示c－fos蛋白有可能成为判断宫颈癌预后的指标之一。
Carcinoma of the cervix is the most common gynecologic malignant neoplasem. The molecular genetics of carcinoma of the cervix remains to be defined to a significant extent- The c-fos proto-oncogene encodes a nuclear phosphoprotein, which can form heterodimer with c-jun proto-oncogene product and regulate transcription. In this study, we analyzed 40 paraffin-embedded invasive carcinoma of the cervix for the expression of c-fos oncoprotein by immunohistochemical staining, and related with histological grade of tumor clinical stage and prognsis of the patients. Two normal cervical specimens and two chronic cervicitis specimens were used as controls for nonneoplasm cervical specimen. The result shows:the expression rates of c-fos is 70% in carcinoma of cervix, and c-fos doesn-t express in non-neoplasm speciments. No significant relationship was found between c-fos expression and histolcgical grade or clinical stage. The relationship between c-fos expression and prognosis is statistically significant (P<0.05). This data suggests that the expression of c-fos may become one of the indices to judge prognosis carcinoma of the cervix.
