摘要
浍河水库是晋南地区最大的水库．自建成以来，一直存在着防洪标准低、灌溉和防洪矛盾突出、灌溉用水严重不足、效益下降等问题．通过水库加固设计时水文水利计算，对计算中的径流系列代表性，灌溉保证率确定，径流系列年限及排沙比数值估算等关键问题提出了个人的看法和建议．
Huihe reservoir is the biggest in capacity in the south of shanxi. Since itwas built up, there has been some problems. For example, the standard of flood con-trol, the sharp controdictory between irrigation and flood control, the lack of the irriga-ble water, the drop of the benifit and so on. This paper gives personally view and sug-gestions about representative run-off series, making irrigation rate of guarantee, year ofrun-off series and the setimating date of ratio of the draining sand.
