摘要
对２５０ 例海洛因依赖患者应用丁丙诺啡递减疗法进行戒毒的临床资料分析结果表明，疗效确切，安全易行。但应掌握好首次剂量及用药时间。
The clinical m aterials of 250 cases of heroin dependence treated by Buprenorphine( Bup) wereanalysed . The results showed that Bup had an obvious efficacy on the treatment of heroin dependence withcharacteristics of safe and easy ad minstration . The results also revealed that the initial dosage and ad min stration time of Bup were im portant for thd clinical efficacy ,w hich must be correctly dealed with .
