摘要
为提高保健食品功效成分检验工作的水平 ,卫生部食品卫生监督检所组织全国 2 2个保健食品功效成分检验实验室参加了人参皂甙和褪黑素测定的质量控制 ,对质量控制结果进行了评价。质控结果显示 ,“人参皂甙”试样的检验结果的离散程度比较大 ,3个浓度水平均出现了离群值。有 6个测定结果在 3倍标准偏差 ( x± 3s)范围之外。“褪黑素”试样的检验结果的离散程度比较小 ,两个浓度水平仅出现了一个离群值。大多数实验室有较高的检测水平 。
For increasing the level of determining health food's efficacy component,the Institute of Food Safety Control and Inspection, Ministry of the Public Health,PRC have organized the quality assurance,22 laboratories of determining health food's efficacy component have joined in,and the quality control results have been appraised.The quality control results of Ginsenoside have bigger dispersion digree.There are six outlier results beyond ±3s. The quality control results of Melatonin have smaller dispersion digree.There is only one outlier results beyond ±3s. Most of the laboratories have the higher checkout level and can complete the task of determining health food's efficacy component.
