摘要
介绍了电容式称重传感器的结构 ,具体分析了其测量电路 ,提供了相应的实验数据。实验数据表明该电容式传感器具有很好的稳定性、重复性和无滞后性。具有一定的实用价值。
WT5”BZ]The paper mainly introduces the structure of a capacititive weighing sensor, analyzes the measuring circuit in detail, and provides with the relevant experimental data. The experimental data show that this capacitive sensor has good characteristics of stablity, repeatability and hysteresis-free.It is valuable for application. [WT5”HZ]
