摘要 针对移动电站的使用特点,首先阐述了引入故障自诊断──语音报警系统的必要性;简要介绍了美国TI公司MSP50×3X系列语音合成器结构、特性;采用单片微机PIC16C71实现故障的自动监测、处理,开发了一个以MSP50P34为核心的低成本大容量语音报警及提示系统,详细介绍了系统工作原理、系统的硬、软件设计。该系统首次将语音技术应用到移动电站的操作提示及故障报警,提高了电站的可操作性与可维修性;用单片机组成低成本的故障自诊断系统,事实证明其实用、有效。该系统可广泛推广应用到其它多种场合。 According to operation features of the movable power plant, firstly, we give the necessity of developing the self-diagnostic and report the breakdowns system. Then we briefly introduce the MSP50X3X ,the speech synthesized chips of TI corp., America. A cheap but huge-capacity speech and alarm system using PIC16C71 to supervise and deal with the breakdowns and using MSP50P34 to guide the operator and report the breakdowns is developed. The details of working principles, hardware and software design of the system are given. It is the first time to apply the speech synthesis technique to movable power station, and it improves the performances of its maneuverability and maintainability. It is proved that the system is very practical and effective. The system can also be applied to many other cases.
