摘要
目的 探讨肝穿刺活检在重症肝炎诊治中的应用价值。方法 采用内径 1mm带有针芯的穿刺针 ,1s快速穿刺 ,78例肝病患者进行了肝脏穿刺组织细胞学检查。结果 78例中 6 9例 1次穿刺成功 ,8例 2～ 3次穿刺成功 ,1例在穿刺引导下穿刺成功。结论 肝穿刺活检是一种有效、简便、准确率高的诊断方法 ,对重症肝炎的确诊与及时治疗有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study liver puncture biospy in diagnosis and treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods One second quick liver puncture using 1 mm inside diamater puncture needle with stylet was applied in 78 cases for biopsy.Results Of 78 cases,once successful pructure was 69,2 to 3 times sucessful puncture was 8,only 1 case was completed under the guideline of ultrasonic.Conclusions Needle biospy of liver is effective,simple and accurate and has clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of gravis hapatitis.
