摘要
目的 :观察 2 0毫克舒降之 (ZOCOR)治疗 2型糖尿病高脂血症患者的疗效。方法 :给予 30名 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者每晚 2 0毫克舒降之治疗 6周 ,治疗前后测定血脂变化。结果 :治疗后患者的血清总胆固醇 (TC)降低 32 .8%、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)降低 31.4%、甘油三酯 (TG)降低 42 .2 % ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)升高 14.0 %。在本研究中 ,没有发现严重的副作用。结论 :2 0毫克舒降之降脂疗效确切、安全、有效 ,有利于预防 2型糖尿病大血管并发症的发生。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of 20mg ZOCOR in patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia Methods:30 patiens with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia were treated with ZOCOR 20mg,q n for 6 weeks The blood lipid were measured before and after 6 weeks treatment Results:After the treatment,the level of total cholesterol(TC) in serum decreased by 32 8%,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C)decreased by 31 4%,triglyceride(TG) decreased by 42 2%,but high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) increased by 14 0% In this study,no serious adverse effects were found Conclusion:20mg ZOCOR is efficient and safe to decrease blood lipid,the curative effect is exact It is very advantageous to prevent to complication of great vessels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
