摘要
启动农村市场一直未有效解决的最根本障碍在于农民收入增加缓慢。原因是长期以来对城市的过度投资和农村的投资严重不足 ,使得工农业反差愈来愈大。文章指出 ,直接对农户进行生产投资。
Up to now,the problem of adding the peasants' income is not solved validly.We consider the essential obstacle is the slowing down of the increasing of the peasants' income. The reason is that the contrast of the industry and the agricure becomes stronger and stronger and is caused essentially by the excess investment to the city and deficient investment to the agriculture. The paper puts forward by analyzing that the key of solving the problem of adding the peasants' income and starting up the rural market is prosecuting the productive invesment to the peasants directly,adjusting the rural industrial structure and rebuilding the market.
