摘要
目的 评价米力农对顽固性充血性心衰患者内皮素、心钠素及心功能的影响。方法 2 0例顽固性充血性心衰患者 ,静脉给予米力农7～ 1 0 d,应用超声心动图评价心功能 ,用放免分析方法测内皮素和心钠素。结果 顽固性充血性心衰患者血浆内皮素、心钠素较正常人明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,心功能参数较正常人降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;米力农治疗后 ,心功能明显改善 ;内皮素、心钠素较治疗前明显下降。结论 米力农对顽固性充血性心衰疗效较好 。
? Objective To observe the effects of milrinone on endothelin, ANP and heart function in the patients with refractory congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 20 patients with refractory CHF were treated with milrinone by 7～10 days,the heart function was detected by Echocardiography.Endothelin and ANP were tested by radioimmunoassay.Results In the patients with refractory CHF,the endothelin and ANP were increased significantly as compared to those of the normal subjects( P <0 01).The heart function was decreased significantly as compared to the normal( P <0 01).After treatment with milrinone, endothelin and ANP were decreased significantly( P <0 01),the heart function was improved significantly( P <0 01).Total efficacy was 85%.Conclusions milrinone is an effective drug for refractory CHF.Endothelin and ANP can be used to observe heart function and guide the treatment. 〔
