摘要
化学教学能力的高低是师范院校所培养人才的关键 ,先天素质、环境和理论教育是培养化学教学能力的前提条件 ,为教学能力的形成提供了一种可能 .从化学科学的特点、实践在形成人类能力中的作用、教育机智、教学的相互促进以及个性化发展等方面证明了实践是形成教学能力的关键因素 .
This paper fully proves that the practice is the key element in the chemical charactertic, the action of practice, resourceful teaching, teaching benefiting, teachers and students alike, individual develop etc.
