摘要
本文报道了以甲酚为原料通过溴化、氧化、烷基化、取代和还原反应,合成了10个新的侧链末端带不同官能团(—Br,—COOH,—OH,—N_3,—NH_2)的溴代醌类化合物,并通过在醋酸介质中以CrO_3为氧化剂氧化2,4-二溴邻甲酚的改良方法,以较好的收率制得了中间体2-溴-6-甲基-1,4-苯醌。
This paper reported the synthesis of 10 new bromoquinones with different terminal groups (—Br,—COOH,—OH,—N_3,—NH_2) of side chains,through bromination, oxidation, alkylation, substitution and reduetion. The intermediate, 2-bromo-6-methyl-1,4-benzoquinone, was prepared by an improved method, that is oxidation of 2.4-dibromo-6-methylphenol in the acidic medium,using CrO_3 as oxidant.
