摘要
用0.2克颈基棉制成直径0.3cm、长4cm的吸附柱,现场富集分离水样中的Cu、Pb、Cd,带回实验室解吸,用火焰原子吸收法测定.结果表明,此法可测定水样中0.5ppb的Cu和Pb,0.05ppb的Cb.相对标准偏差是,Cu为3.1%,Pb为4.1%.标准回收率是,Cu为97.3~101.0%;Pb为95.6~98.7%;Cd为92.0~96.0%.
An absorption column(0.3×4cm)was prepared by using 0.2g sulfhydrylcotton fiber and used on the spot to concentrate and separate trace Cu,Pb,Cd in water.Theelute released solution from the loaded column was detemined by AAS.It was found that as lowas 0.5ppb of Cu and Pb,and 0.05ppb of Cd in water could be detected by the above method.With the relative standard deviation of 3.1% for cu and 4.1% for Pb.The standard recoverrate is 97.3~101.0%,95.6~98.7% and 92.0~96.0% for Cu、Pb and Cd respectively bythis method.
