摘要
目的 观察除痹散治疗类风湿性关节炎 (RA)的疗效。方法 治疗组 10 0例采用中药除痹散系列治疗 ;对照组用西药炎痛喜康、强的松治疗 ,疗程 2个月。观察 2组治疗前后症状、体征、用药后起效时间和血沉、类风湿因子的变化及毒副作用。结果 治疗组和对照组的愈显率(临床治愈率 +显效率 )分别为 71%、2 0 %,总有效率分别为 98%、92 %,治疗组的愈显率明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组的起效时间快于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对改善临床症状、体征及血沉、类风湿因子的变化 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组无任何毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chubi Pulvis(CBP) treatment in treating Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods Randomized Controlled method was adopted,the 100 cases in the treatment group received CBP and 100 cases in the control group received prednisoni and piroxicam treatment for 8 weeks as a therapeutic course.Their symptoms,signs,effect initiated obviously,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF),changes before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 98% and 92% respectively,and their rate of curing 71% and 20% respectively in the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05)and CBP group showed obvious improving effect on symptoms,signs,ESR,RF(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The effect initiated obviously was earlier in the CBP group than that in the control group.There was no adverse effects revealed in using CBP.Conclusion CBP has significant therapeutic effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
