棘禾草螟绒茧蜂的某些生物学特性 被引量:1

摘要 棘禾草螟绒茧蜂Apanteles chiloniponellae You et Wang是荻、芦主要蛀茎害虫棘禾草螟Chilo niponella幼虫期的寄生天敌,平均寄生率13.3%。此蜂在湖北一年发生5~6代,以幼虫在寄主老熟幼虫体内越冬。8月份室温下完成一代,平均历期为33.4天。成蜂多于8~10时和17~19时羽化,寿命平均为26天。卵产于寄主体壁下。寄生蜂茧的平均历期为4.75天。以棘禾草螟作寄主,每头寄主平均出蜂29头。茧的羽化率为66.3%。寄主被寄生后,始无明显症状,后期食量锐减甚至不取食,行动迟缓,体表发皱变黄。寄主除上述外,尚有芦螟Chilo luteellus和条螟Proceras venosata。此蜂在田间分布不均匀,不同苇田及同一苇田不同位置种群数量不同。 Apanteles chilomiponellea is a parasitic enemy to the larva of common reed (Phragrnites commuis) and amur silvergrass (Miscanthus sacchariflous) stem borer (Chilo niponella). The percentage of the host infested is 13. 3% on average. It has 5 to 6 generations per year in Hubei province, and overwinter as larva in full —grown larva of hosts. It takes 33. 4 days to complete development stages from egg to adult in August in the laboratory. Most adults emerge at 8—10, 17—19 of the day. The mean life span of adults is about 2. 6 days. Eggs are laid under epidemica of the host. The coccoon stage of A. chiloniponellae lasted 4. 75 days on average. Twenty nine on average. Emergence rate from coccoon is 66. 3%. The host did not show any symptom at the beginning of infection, and then gradually lost appetite. Its motion slowed down and the skin became yellow and wrinkled. Besides C. niponella, there are other hosts, namely reed boret (C. luteelus) and stem borer (Proceras venosata). Population density of this parasitic enomy varies in different spots in reed fields.
