摘要
采用常规的稀释平板法和牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基分析了焦化废水活性污泥中的主要细菌组成。经鉴定,所获菌株归纳为八个属,其中数量最多的优势属是假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonas)和黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)。通过降解废水能力的测定,分别从两属细菌的菌株中筛选出降解能力最强的No.15和No.18两个菌株,并以此二菌株作出发菌株。采用^(60)Co—r射线诱变,选育出了降解能力获进一步提高的优良菌株。
A number of bacterial strains were isolated from the activated sludge treated coking waste-water from Wuhan Iron-Steel Company. The recorded genera are as follows: Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Alcaligens, Achromobacler, Zoogloea, Bacillus, Micrococcus and Arthrobacter. Based on eatimation of strength of the degrading polluted materials in coke-oveing wastewaterd, tow most efficient strains, No. 15, a pseudomonas, and No. 18, a Flavobacterium, were selected. These two strains were used as starting strains for mutagenesis by ^(60)Co-r radiation. Results showed that their capacity for degrading wastewrter were significantly increased.
