摘要
本研究从1987年开始连续三年对离体叶片接种时期、接种方法、接种叶位、鉴定指标、基因型与环境互作、离体叶片接种和穗部接种的相关、抗性评价标准以及叶片接种的组织病理学等多方面进行了研究,获得较全面结果.打破了以穗部为中心接种鉴定的局限性,并具有早期、多次鉴定的优点,可鉴定时间长,发病条件可人工控制,抗性鉴定结果比较准确一致,并能减少穗部损失,为抗病育种材料的初筛提供了方便.
The in vitro leaf infection method to identify varietal resistance for 18 varieties in wheat, was studied in 1987-1989. The results are as follows:①A series of plan in vitro leaf infection method was obtained. ②Any expanded leaf from seedling leaf to flag leaf could be used in in vitro leaf infection, ③The crosswide expand of lesion was subjected to green tissue resistance and obstruction of vascular bundle. That is, the value of relative lesion width could be used as test criterion. ④The results evaluated by two methods, i.e. the in vitro leaf infection method and the spike infection method, showed significant positive correlation. The value of correlation coefficient for the first leaf below flag leaf is the highest. ⑤For the same leaf rank with various varieties, the different leaf rank within variety and between the different location, the relative lesion width have most significant difference, and the reaction effect of the location X varieties were pointed out, of which the first leaf below flag was relative steady and there is no significant. Using the first leaf below flag to test, the relative lesion width tallies highly with the resistance of spike infection in varieties. ⑥The relative lesion width of the same leaf rank could be compared with the various varieties. ⑦The grade line from regression method in in vitro leaf infection could be used to evaluate varietal resistance.
