摘要
本文以劣质煤粉钝体燃烧器的成功开发为背景,在单角燃烧实验炉上进行了大量实验研究,实测了冷态速度场和热态温度场.结果表明,采用钝体燃烧器使煤粉着火提前,燃烧稳定和强化.
With the development of the bluff-body burner for low-grade pulverized coal, many experiments have been carried out with a single burner furnace. The cold-state velocity field and hot-state temperature field have been measured. The results obtained show that the use of a bluff-body burner makes it easier to ignite coal, stabilizes and intensifies flame. On the basis of the experiments, the mechanism of flame stabilization of pulverized coal with a bluff-body burner is studied. Suggestions for further investigations and burner development have been made.
