摘要
本文简要介绍石英晶体谐振器小型化的发展概况,较详细地介绍了J_(A7)系列石英晶体谐振器的设计、制造工艺及试验样品的性能,对该产品的初步应用情况也作了简单说明。该产品的频率覆盖范围是8~350MHz,其频率制造公差在±10ppm以内,温度频差在-55~+90℃的宽温度范围内为±50ppm,当工作范围分别为0~60℃,-20~+60℃时,可以达到±5ppm,±10ppm内的小公差。微小型石英谐振器体积小,仅为8×8×3.2mm^3和8×6.5×3.2mm^3,重量小于0.4g,且质量稳定可靠,它们是移动通信等电子设备中良好的电子元器件。
This paper simply presents the development of the miniature of quartz crystal res-onators, and in detail introduces the designs of JA7 seris of quartz crystal resonators, the pro-cedures in making them, and the performanes of experimental samples. The initial use case ofthese products are also described simply in this paper. Their frequencies range over a widefield of 8~350MHz. The frequeney deviations from manufacture are within±10ppm. Theones from temperature are within±50ppm at a wide temperature range of -55~90℃.The small deviations of±5ppm, ±10ppm may be achieved, when the operation temperatureranges are 0~60℃, -20~60℃ respectively. The microminiature quartz resonator hassmall volume: only 8×8×3.2mm^3 and 8×6.5×3.2mm^3. Its weight is less than 0.4g, andthe quality is stoble and reliable. They are good electronic components in removable electron-ic devices for communication.
