摘要
介绍了车用发动机连杆的现状、发展趋势及其使用性能要求。测量了铝合金中的 LY12的常温疲劳性能,并给出碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料的性能特点。计算了在 150℃高温条件下用 LY12制造轻型车和轿车发动机连杆的安全系数;在此基础上分析了采用常规铝合金和碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料制造车用发动机连杆的可行性。
The present status and developing trend of engine connecting rods used in motor vehicles are described in the paper,their usage performances and requirements are decribed also. The fatigue performance of LY12 in aluminium alloys in normal temperature is measured,the performance character of aluminium- based composite material reinforced by silicon carbide grains is indicated also. The safety coefficient of engine connecting rods used in the light vehicle and cars and manufactured by LY12 material under the condition of 150℃ high temperature is calculated. Based on these conditions,the feasibility of manufacturing the vehicle- used engine connecting rods by normal aluminium alloys and aluminium- based composite material reinforced by silicon carbide grains is analyzed.
