摘要
简要介绍了柴油机喷油泵凸轮轴的材料及生产工艺 ,通过对凸轮轴在生产过程中产生的裂纹的金相检测 ,分析了裂纹形成的机理 ,找出了产生裂纹的原因 。
This paper introduces the material and production process for the fuel injection pump camshaft for diesel engine in brief.Through metal graphic detection of cracking during camshaft production,mechanism of crack formation is analyzed,cracking causes are worked out and some preventive measures are offered.
