摘要
以k—ε双方程模型模拟车用柴油机涡轮蜗壳内的气体流动情况 ,以心形线拟合蜗壳的通流截面 ,和SIMPLEST算法对蜗壳喷嘴出口气流角和速度的分布情况进行了三维数值计算 ,并将计算结果与实测流场进行了比较 。
Numerical simulation of the three dimensional turbulent flow field inside a turbocharger scroll is described and k—ε two equation model is used to simulate the flow in the scroll.Cardioid is used to simulate the outline of the flow area of the cross section.The flow angle and velocity distributions at the scroll nozzle outlet are calculated with SIMPLEST method.The comparison between the calculation and experiment shows that the two results are in good coincide.
