摘要
近年来 ,因特网业务量多重分形性研究逐渐成为网络通信研究领域的一个热点 ,伴随着测试手段的不断进步 ,逐步揭示出因特网业务量在较小的时间尺度上具有多重分形性。本文在充分吸收已有研究成果的基础上 ,利用小波分析、模型模拟分析和实际数据计算 ,从多个方面对这一问题进行了深入研究。结果表明 ,在网络处于重负载的条件下 ,业务量多重分形性是由于 TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)独特的发送行为和多个 TCP连接的汇聚造成的。这个发现 。
Recently, with the improving on the means of measurements, it has been found that the Internet traffic is multifractal at small time scales. Based on the existing results, this problem is studied deeply in the paper by means of wavelet analysis, simulation, and practical data calculating. As a result, it is pointed out that, in the case of heavy-loading, the source of the multifractal is the aggregation of lots of TCP (Transmission Control Protocol)connections, as well as the particular sending behavior of TCP protocol. The finding is valuable in networking designing and performance evaluating.
