摘要
本文报道了7例神经性厌食症(AN)的内分泌功能改变,主要表现为T_3降低,性激素降低及血浆皮质醇增高,生长激素增高,泌乳素正常。另外还对AN的内分泌功能改变的机理及与发病的关系等进行了讨论。
Changes of endocrine function in 7 cases of anorexia nervose (AN) are reported. The main features of endocrine dysfunction in AN are decreased plasma T_3 and sex hormones, but blood growth hormone and cortisol are increased. Prolactin usually is within normal limits. Mechanism of endocrine dysfunction are discussed.
