摘要
作者测定了成都地区100名成人血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶,其95%可信区间正常参考值范围为176.6～321.2U/L。各年龄及性别之间无统计学差异。测得同期9例急性心肌梗塞患者,最低值为415U/L,最高位为843U/L,平均值为603U/L,与正常参考值比较经t检验P<0.05,有统计学意义。
We measurmed 100 healthy subjects who were 58 men and 42 women,with 17-70 years of age,for α-HBDH in Chengdu area,using photometer 4010 made in west Ger- many and alpha-hydrobutyrie dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)reagent kits from American Beckman Co.The range of normal reference values were 176.6-321.2u/L((?)±2SD). There were no significant statistically difference between sex and various aged groups. The levels of α-HBDH in 9 cases with myocardia infarction were 415-843u/L,with mean of 603u/L.The result was statistical significantly different between the myocardia infa- rction cases and the normal reference values.
