摘要
本文报告对4例晚期鼻咽癌及3例晚期喉癌,在根治量放疗已控制原发灶而颈部包块仍不消退或复发的情况下,施行挽救性颈廓清术8侧,有效地改善了病人生存质量;认为,只要各方面处理得当,不应轻易放弃放疗失败病例的手术机会。
Seven patients with residual or recurrent cervical lymph node metastases of NPC or laryngeal carcinoma after irradiation were treated by salvage neck dissection.The results showed that the method was practicable and valuable to improve their,living quality. Some problems concerning the operation were discussed.
