摘要
采用HPLC法 ,以水为溶剂 ,0 0 2mol/L醋酸铵溶液—甲醇 (75 :2 5 )为流动相 ,在 2 5 4nm波长下 ,测定饮料中咖啡因含量。回收率 >97% ,与按国家标准GB/T163 4 4— 1996测定值比较 ,两种方法的相对偏差 <2 %。方法简便 。
The content of caffeine in beverages is determined by HPLC at 254 nm with water as the solvent and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution — methanol (75 : 25) as the fluid. The reclamation rate is over 97%. The relative error between the results of this method and GB/T16344 — 1996 is less than 2%. The method is proved to be easy and practical.
