摘要
作者以ABEI标记抗体,用双抗夹心法测定胰岛素含量,其固相化学发光采用 ABEI-CoCl_2-H_O_2体系,线性范围为每管0.3～150μU胰岛素,双对数回归方程的相关系数为0.985,绝对检测限为每管0.32μU胰岛素。
In this paper is reportedsolid phase chemiluminesced immunoas-say for insulin with N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol(ABEl)labelled antibodyand a double antibodies sandwich proce-dure. ABEI-CoCl_2-H_2O_2was used as thechemiluminescat system and the linearrange of insulin was 0.3-150 μU/tube. Thecorrelation coefficient of the log-log re-gresson equation was 0.985 and the abso-lute limit of detection 0.32 μU/tube.
