摘要 作者探讨了我校合成的新型强心药维那利酮(OPC-8212)对犬循环和呼吸的效应。实验结果:OPC-8212使犬颈总动脉流量显著增加;对血压、心率和呼吸三项指标均无明显影响。表明OPC-8212在整体动物心脏具有正性肌力效应而不具频率效应。有可能成为一种理想的新型强心剂。 The purpose of this studywas to investigate the influences of ves-narinone, newly synthesized in the Schoolof Pharmacy, West China University ofMedical Sciences in 1985, on the circulato-ry and respiratory functions of dogs. Eightdogs were anesthetized with 3% sodiumpentobarbital. Vesnarinone (2mg/kg), di-methyl sulphoxide (the solvent which wasneeded to prepare solution of OPC-8212),and 0.9% NaCl (normal control) was givenseparately according to the arrangment ofLatin square. The ECG, blood flow,bloodpressure and respiration were measuredand recorded for 1-15 minutes. Vesnarinoneincreased the blood flow in the commoncarotid artery with no significant changesin blood pressure.heart rate, or respiration.These results suggest that OPC-8212 haspositive inotropic effect but no effect onthe heart rate in anesthetized dogs.
