菌斑细胞外液化学耗氧量、糖类、IgG和IgA分析

摘要 通过对菌斑细胞外液中的化学耗氧量、糖类及IgG和IgA的测定,发现菌斑细胞外液中存在一个容量较大的还原态体系,它是影响菌斑的低氧还原电势的重要因素;在休息状态,菌斑细胞外液不存在明显的游离葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖,而在龋活跃与无龋组间IgG和IgA含量差异无显著性。 The chemical oxygen de-mand (COD) of extracelluar plaque fluidwas measured by potassium dichromatemethod. Micro-anthrone method and highperformance liquid chromatography wereused for measuring the carbohydrate con-tent in the fluid. Immunochemistry systemwas used for measuuing IgG and IgA con-tents in it. The results showed: (1) a highvalue of COD was found in the extracel-lular fluid, and it further increased withsugar-intake;(2) during resting stage,thecontent of carbohydrate measured by nic-roanthrone method or high performancechromatography was very low, and therewas no free glucose, fructose or sucrose(3) no difference of IgG and IgA contentsin plaque fluid between caries active (CA)and caried free (CF) subjects was found.
