摘要
本厂应用国产中性胶生产高级薄页纸,解决了碱性填料的施胶困难,提高了产品质量、纸机的抄造率和纸张的一等品率,减少了环境污染,纸机运行性能良好,生产正常,实现了中性施胶工艺的工业化生产。
Neutral size CS has been used successfully for making base paper for carbonizing paper in Longyou Paper Mill. Aluminum sulfate will not be needed, CaCO3 may be added as filler. no expensive titanium dioxide was used, and the amount of brightener was decreased. Furthermore, the quality of products such as whiteness, opacity, and degree of sizing has been improved, the runnability has been improved also.
