摘要
本文通过对四株细菌 DNA 中碱基(GC 值)的测定,研究了细菌 DNA 提取、纯化及用热变性法测定 DNA 中碱基组成的若干细节,同时对 GC 测定中若干计算方法及易导致实验失败的若干技术问题进行了探讨。
The procedures of the isolation and purification of DNA as well as the determi- nation of DNA base composition by the method of thermal denaturation were de- scribed in detail according to the study of samples from four distinct species of bacteria.Some cruxes of the procedures and the calculations used for the determina- tion were also discussed.
