摘要
本文对6-巯基嘌呤核苷(6-MPR)的临界相对湿度,对热的稳定性作了研究。测得6-MPR的临界相对湿度(CRH)为89%;用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了6-MPR的热降解稳定性,用Kissinger方程计算了该药的反应活化能为164.95KJ/mol。
The thermal stability of 6-mercaptopurine ribonucloside (6-MPR)was investygated by the differentital scanning calorimetry techiques and the activation energy was 164.9KJ/MOL which was calculated from Kissinger equation.The critical relative humidty (CRH) of 6-MPR was also determied to be about 89%.
