摘要
该文用多次倍率减差紫外分光光度法直接测定去痛片中非那西丁、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。通过计算机筛选证明,选取244、245、273、269、259和265nm 六波长测定结果为佳。回收率为:非那西下99.9%,氨基比林101.5%,咖啡因100,4%(n=5);变异系数为:非那西丁1.71%,氨基比林0.21%,咖啡因0.7%(n=5)。方法简便,结果准确。
Determined simultaneously the Phenacetin,Amidopyrine and Caffeine in Qutong tablets by Repeat Multiple Subtraction Spectrophotomtry.Selected 244nm、245nm、259 nm、265nm、269nm and 273nm six wavelengths as determining wave Iengths by computer. The reclamations:Phenacetin is 99.9%,Amidopyrine is101.5% and Caffeine is 100.4%(n=5); The coefficient of variation:Phenacetin is 1.71%.Amidopyrine is 0.21% and Caffeine is 0.70%(n=5).
