摘要
观察了十种藏成药对混合致炎剂引起小鼠的耳廓肿胀均有不同程度的抑制作用(P<0.05,0.01),对肉芽组织增生以十二味翼首草丸,五味麝香丸,广益丸,五味黄连丸,七珍汤散,十五味乳鹏丸较好(P<0.05)。im 或 ig 对小鼠 LD50除五味麝香丸和三果汤散外,其余为5.0-17.0g/kg,表明其毒性较小。
Ten traditional Tibetan proprietary medicines which are widely used as anti-inflammatory,antitussive and antifebrile were investigated so as to provide ph- armacological foundation,discover clues of finding new medicines and expounding cure mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that all this ten proprietary medicines could inhibit,to a varied degree,the swelling of auricles of mice caused by mixed inflammatory solution (P<0,05、 0,01);several proprietary medicines(NO.1.4.5.7.8.10)had stronger inhibition to the gr- owth of granulation tissue(p<0.05).The toxicity of all Tibetan proprietary medicines, except No.8.9.was lower,the LD50 of mice(im or ig)was 5.0-17.0 g/kg.
