摘要
上海天文台光电等高仪从1976年9月执行时纬观测纲要以来,已经17年了。为了配合历史资料的重新处理,应要求将此纲要整理发表。
Since September 1976, the time & latitude observation program of the photoelectric astrolabe at Shanghai Observatory has been executed for 17 years. Now we publish this program to meet the needs of the re-reduction of the observation data of this instrument.
This program consists of 12 groups of stars, each of them covers two hours of time beginning at every even o'clock. There are 398 stars, 501 star-times in the list of stars, of which 103 stars are observed twice at both eastern and western transits. All stars in the list are of FK4 or FK4sup, of which 328 stars, 428 star-times are of FK4, and 70 stars, 73 star-times are of FK4sup. The declinations of the stars are from +2°00' to +59°24' and their magnitudes are from 2m.0 to 6m.7.
The list of stars is shown in Table 1.

NO—the order number of the stars in the group,
FK4—its order number in FK4 or FK4sup,
MG—its magnitude,
SP—its spectral type.
