摘要
The comparison of dec1inations from the Preliminary Compilation of DS-Pr0grammeStar Positions (PCDS) with those contained in the catalogues observed with meridian circlesof several northern observatories (Belgrade, Kiev, Moscow l, Moscow 2, Kazan) shows thesystematic differences depending on the spectral type of stars involved. The effect canprobably be explained by the differences in the atmospheric refraction for different spectraltypes.
