摘要
采用活动矫正器对完全性唇腭裂修复术后10例患儿进行牙颌畸形的早期预防和矫治。用扩大簧、改良唇挡、上颌前牵引装置等不同设计的矫正器矫治不同牙颌畸形。矫治结果:保持了患者上、下牙弓宽度的协调关系;上牙弓、牙槽及颌骨宽度均有不同程度增长;上颌及上牙弓前移,上前牙前倾,反(牙合)改正,面中份凹陷明显改善。提出了唇腭裂术后牙颌畸形早期矫治的注意事项。
In this article,prevention and early treatment of ten cases with complete cleft lip andpalate after operation using removable appliances are reported.The upper dental arch was expanded slowly using removable appliances with expansi-on spring in order to prevent narrowness of maxilla and dental arch after cleft lip and pal-ate being repaired.The width of both archs was kept harmony,the upper jaw and dentalarch were protracted,the upper anterior teeth were proclined,cross-bite which hadbeen formed after cleft lip repairing was corrected by the intra and extra-oral appliances.The necessity of early prevention and treatment of dentomaxillary deformity of cleft lipand palate repairing,the appliances design,the use of correct force,and treatment periodwere discussed.
