摘要
将20例上颌原发恶性肿瘤需行上颌骨全切除和上颌骨次全切除的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,比较二组术中失血情况。结果发现:在上颌骨全切除术中对照组(结扎颌内动脉后施术)平均失血量628ml,输血量840ml;实验组(颌内动脉插管注入明胶海绵栓塞后施术)分别为216ml和440ml。上颌骨次全切除术中,对照组平均失血量为529ml,输血量720ml;实验组分别为208ml和360ml(P<0.01)。实验组未见明显副作用和并发症。
A comparative study of two different methods to control blood loss for maxillectomy wascompleted firstly by the authors.The result of 20 cases with maxilloctomy has demonstrated that the amount of blood lossand transfusion in the infernal maxillary arterial embolization group was decreased sixtypercent les sthan that in the internal maxillary arterial ligation group.There wassignificantly difference between two groups(P<0.01),Moreover,the adjuvantry preope-rative arterial embolization could keep the operationg field clear,facilitate radical resectionof the lesion and maye improve the successful rate of the operation.
